Catholic Outreach

Catholic Outreach is opened on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month.

Look for the "OPEN Flag" at the entrance door to see when they are open for business.  There is a sign located on the entrance door listing the days of operation.  These are the only times during the month for assistance.  

Catholic Outreach is an affiliated organization of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pickens and Church of St. Luke in Easley, assisting Pickens County residents in need.  They provide financial assistance for utility bills and a food pantry is available.  The address is 558 Hampton Ave. next to the Holy Cross Catholic Church and across the street from Pickens Elementary School.  

The name "Holy Cross Catholic Outreach" was chosen because it best reflects the understanding of the people who visit Holy Cross Church for help.  Their volunteers consist of parishioners of both Holy Cross and St. Luke churches to help in this charitable work. 

Monetary donations can be made in the form of a check.  It should be made payable to the receiving church (i.e. Holy Cross or St. Luke) with a note "Outreach" on the memo line.  Cash can also be placed in an envelope with your name, and "Outreach" written on the outside.
